It’s always a “good morning”

In the morning (from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM), the breakfast room opens its doors to welcome you with classic hot beverages served at the table, accompanied by a wide selection of buffet items:

plain, jam-filled, and honey croissants, a variety of biscuits, a tempting assortment of cold cuts, cheeses and bacon, as well as scrambled and hard-boiled eggs, a selection of fresh bread and toast, jams and honey, natural and fruit yogurt, cereals and muesli, vitamin-rich juices and fresh fruit.

At lunch (seating from 12:30 PM to 1:15 PM) and dinner (seating from 7:30 PM to 8:15 PM), you’ll find our buffet of fresh and grilled vegetables, a perfect prelude to the following courses:

delicious appetizers, homemade pasta dishes and baked specialties, light and fragrant soups and broths, meat and fish main courses prepared with light and easily digestible cooking methods, a variety of cheeses and cured meats for a tasty twist, and creative omelettes, And to finish, a variety of fruit, fresh fruit salads, desserts, panna cotta, crème caramel, and ice cream!

We begin, naturally, with the Euganean Hills region and continue with discoveries like Soave and Valpolicella from Verona, Prosecco from Valdobbiadene, Cabernet and Ribolla Gialla from Friuli, Franciacorta from Brescia, Chianti from Tuscany, and much more.
