Discounts & Promotions
Children 0–2 years – 60% discount
We offer a 60% discount on the stay for children aged 0 to 2 years to ensure a relaxing and affordable family vacation.
Children 3–12 years – 40% discount
We offer a 40% discount on the stay for children aged 3 to 12 years to ensure a relaxing and affordable family vacation.
Children 13–17 years – 20% discount
We offer a 20% discount on the stay for teenagers aged 13 to 17 years.
Information & Bookings
Cancellations
No penalty for cancellations made at least 4 days prior to arrival.
For cancellations made 3 to 1 day before arrival, the cost of the first night will be charged.
In case of early departure, the total cost of the booked and confirmed nights will be charged.
No Show: if the guest does not arrive, the first night will be charged.
Treatment Bookings
In case of delay, the duration of the treatment will unfortunately be shortened.
For cancellations after 24 hours, the full cost of the treatment will be charged.
Extra services
Late Check-Out + Room – €25.00
Extend access to our pools, wellness area, and garden park until 7:00 PM on your departure day.
Subject to availability and to be agreed upon and confirmed the day before departure.
You will have access to your room as a base.
Late Check-Out with Locker – €15.00
